This website is an informational companion to the Belunie Seating Planner. It explains the product, demonstrates its workflow, and provides practical guidance for people considering or using it.
1. Purpose of this website
The pages on this site are provided to help visitors understand what the seating planner does and how it is used. They are not an Etsy checkout, customer account area, or payment service.
2. Product guidance
Belunie Seating Planner is a browser-based planning tool for organising wedding guests, tables, floor plans, and printable seating information. Guidance on this site is general and may be updated as the planner changes.
You remain responsible for checking guest names, dietary information, measurements, layouts, and printed output with your venue and suppliers.
3. Etsy listings and orders
Links labelled “View on Etsy” or “Get it on Etsy” take you to an external Etsy listing. Etsy displays the current price, taxes where applicable, access or delivery information, and the policies applying to an order before checkout.
Questions about an Etsy transaction should be sent through the Etsy order or messaging tools so they remain connected to the relevant purchase.
4. Product access and personal use
Any product access and usage rights are supplied as described in the Etsy listing and order information. Unless stated otherwise there, access is intended for the purchaser’s own event-planning use.
You may share your own exported or printed plans with your venue, guests, and event suppliers as needed for your event. You may not resell, sublicense, commercially redistribute, or republish the planner itself.
5. Local planning data
The planner stores the guest and event information you enter locally in your browser on your device. Clearing browser storage, changing devices, using private browsing, or device failure may remove or make that information unavailable.
Protect access to your device, enter only information you need and are entitled to use, and keep an appropriate export or printout when your plan becomes important.
6. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the information and guidance on this site useful and current, but examples and interface details may change as the product develops. Internet, browser, device, hosting, or third-party service issues may occasionally interrupt access.
7. Intellectual property
The Belunie name, website design, text, interface, illustrations, and software are owned by their respective rights holders and are protected by intellectual-property law. Your original event information remains yours.
